HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HM King Philippe, King of the Belgians, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to enhance and develop them.

The message was handed over by HE. Mr. Khalid bin Fahad Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium during his meeting with Mr. William De Baets, Advisor of HM. King Philippe.
