HE Jean Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, HE Martin Schulz, President of the European Parliament, HE Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, HE Violeta Bulc, European Commissioner in charge of Transport and HE Dimitris Avramopoulos, European Commissioner in charge of Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship, met with HE Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani, Head of the Mission of the State of Qatar to the European Union during the New Year reception held by the European commission in the presence of many personalities and a large number of Ambassadors and Heads of Missions to the EU.

During the meeting, HE Head of the Mission of the State of Qatar to the EU expressed his wishes of development and prosperity for the Qatar-EU friendship relations. Other subjects mutual interest were also discussed.
