European Commissioner for Migration and Home Affairs Dimitris Avramopoulos met Wednesday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani.

 During the meeting, they discussed relations between Qatar and the European Union and ways to promote the prospects of cooperation, in addition to matters of common concern. The meeting was attended by a number of officials in the European Commission.
