HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani today offered condolences of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to King Philippe of Belgium on the death of former Belgian Queen Fabiola. 

HE Sheikh Joaan also offered condolences to members of the Royal Family during the funeral service held at the Belgian capital Brussels today and attended by a number of dignitaries and officials. (QNA)
