European Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmstrom has received a written message from HE Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah, pertaining to the relations between the State of Qatar and the European Commission and ways of promoting them. 

The message was handed over by H.E Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani during his meeting with Director of the Office of the European Commissioner for Home Affairs Maria Ascenios.
