H.E Sheikh Ali Bin Jassim Al-Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, met at the Ministry of Culture in the Grand Duchy on Friday 20 September 2013 with Ms. Octavie modert the Minister of Culture in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 

The meeting addressed a number of topics in the forefront of organizing a day of national culture in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. On the sidelines of the meeting, they discussed the signing of an agreement of cultural exchange between the two countries.
