Francois-Xavier De Donnea, the Minister of State (Member of the Crown Council) Member of the Belgian house of representatives (Parliament) and Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, met here on Thursday with H.E Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium. 

Talks during the meeting dealt with relations between the two countries and means of bolstering and developing them in all fields. The two sides also exchanged viewpoints concerning a slew of issues of mutual concern and the launching of the Qatari-Belgian Friendship Association.
