H.E Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium laid today the foundation stone for the construction of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Brussels.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Mr. Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Trade and European Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium. 

Also participated in the ceremony, members of the Qatar-EU Friendship Group, representatives of the Council of the European Union and the European Commission, and representatives from NATO, in addition to the Excellencies Arab Ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom of Belgium. 

Laying the foundation stone for the construction of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Kingdom of Belgium will boost the culmination and development of the growing relations between the two countries.
