His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Luxembourg Henri received H.E Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar's Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on the occasion of ending his tenure.

 HRH has awarded H.E the Ambassador   the Order of Merit with the rank of Commander, in recognition of the efforts carried out during the period of his work and his tireless efforts to promote the relations between the State of Qatar and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

 His Royal Highness pointed out the level of  relations between the two countries  enhanced in political, economic and cultural fields during the period of HE Sheikh Ali Bin Jassim Al-Thani.

 On his side, H.E the Ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness for this award conferred to him  few days before the end of his mission to Luxembourg.
