His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Luxembourg received today, at the Palace, H.E Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Khulaifi, who presented his letters of credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Non Resident) of the State of Qatar to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

 H.E. conveyed the congratulations and good wishes of His Highness The Emir of the State of Qatar to the Grand Duke and to the people of Luxembourg.
