H.E Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium and head of the State of Qatar's mission to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization met with His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz Mishal Al-Sabah, Head of Security Information and Surveillance at the NATO Regional Center and the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative, and Ambassador Alejandro Alvargonzález, Assistant  Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy in NATO, on the sidelines of the fourth meeting of the Political Consultative Group of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI) of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), held in Kuwait.
