HE Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium and head of its mission to NATO, met with officials from the NATO Middle East and North Africa Department, headed by HE Nicolas de Santis, Director of the Middle East and North Africa Division.

During the meeting, they discussed the special relations between the State of Qatar and NATO, ways to strengthen them, and follow-up the results of the meeting of the individual partnership and cooperation between the two sides.

During the meeting, Ambassador Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Khulaifi referred to the official positions of the State of Qatar and its efforts to support and enhance security and stability in the Middle East as well as the rest of the world.

He also referred to the scientific and practical cooperation programs between Qatar and NATO, The relations between the two sides, noting the importance of these relations in the face of the current challenges in the Gulf region and the Middle East.
