إعلان هام للمواطنين القطريين

تدعو سفارة دولة قطر لدى مملكة بلجيكا المواطنين القطريين الراغبين في زيارتها بضرورة الحصول على الشهادة الصحية الرقمية Covid Safe Ticket عبر إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى العنوان: bcc@ggc.brussels لتسجيل شهادة التطعيم القطرية الخاصة بهم وتفعيل الشهادة الصحية الرقمية البلجيكية. ويجب أن يحتوي هذا البريد الإلكتروني على المعلومات التالية: • الإسم واللقب • بلد وتواريخ التطعيم • مدة الاقامة في بلجيكا • نسخة من جواز السفر • رقم الهاتف المحمول وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني • شهادة التطعيم الرسمية وبطاقة التطعيم، علماً بأن مملكة بلجيكا تعترف فقط باللقاحات المعتمدة من قبل وكالة الأدوية الأوروبية (Pfizer، Moderna، AstraZeneca، Janssen) ولقاح Covishield. وينبغي بعد ذلك تحميل برنامج CovidSafeBE على الهاتف الجوال للحصول على رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR code) وتقديمه في الأماكن التي تطلب الشهادة الصحية الرقمية. كما يمكن للمقيمين القطريين في بلجيكا الذين لديهم رقم سجل وطني بلجيكي (NISS) والذين قاموا بالتلقيح خارج البلاد، طلب معادلة تطعيمهم عبر مراجعة طبيب عام في بلجيكا. علماً بأنه إعتباراً من الأول من نوفمبر تصبح الشهادة الصحية الرقمية Covid Safe Ticket إلزامية في الأماكن التالية: المقاهي والمطاعم، ومراكز الرياضة واللياقة البدنية في الداخل، والمعارض والمؤتمرات، والأماكن الثقافية والترفيهية، ومراكز الرعاية السكنية والمستشفيات. للمزيد من المعلومات، يرجى مراجعة الموقع الإلكتروني التالي الذي يتضمن معلومات أساسية متعلقة بالتطبيق العملي للشهادة الصحية: https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en/services/protocol/covid-19
