HE Head of the State of Qatar's Mission to NATO Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi and HE Head of the International Military Cooperation Authority Brigadier General Abdulaziz Saleh Al Sulaiti inaugurated on Tuesday the offices of the State of Qatar's mission and military representation, inside NATO headquarters in Brussels, in implementation of the arrangements for the Individual Partnership and Cooperation Program.

H.E Mr. Simon Mordue, Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the European Union Council, met with H.E Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Khulaifi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission of the State of Qatar to the European Union and NATO.

HE Member of the Chamber of Representatives of Belgium and Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Belgian Parliament Els Van Hoof, who is also a member of the Christian Democratic Party, met Wednesday at the parliament's headquarters in Brussels with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium

HE the European Union Special Envoy for Afghanistan Thomas Nickolson met on Monday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium and head of Qatar's missions to the European Union and the NATO Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi.

Jose Ramon Bauza, Chairman of the Qatar-EU Parliamentary Friendship Group praised Qatar’s mediation role in occupied Palestine and the horn of Africa, adding that the latest efforts in supporting Palestinians shows the state’s will to provide ‘prosperity and a peaceful world’.

HE European Union Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process Susanna Terstal met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Belgium and the head of Qatar's missions to the European Union and the NATO Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi.

The State of Qatar and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) signed an agreement to open Qatar's mission offices and military representation at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, in implementation of the arrangements of the Individual Partnership and Cooperation Programme (IPCP).
